Welcome to Sonoma Coastal Studio. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

All products are made to order.

Returns: Non-custom prints and canvases may be returned within 14 days if returned unframed & unaltered in original packaging. Custom canvas and custom fine art prints are final sale (damage/defect claims within 7 days). See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Damaged or incorrect items: Please report visible damage or wrong items within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@sonomacoastalstudio.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate claims reported up to 14 days on a case-by-case basis; approved damaged/incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded and we will cover return shipping.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return (typically processed within 1-3 business days).
We use calibrated monitors, professional ICC profiles, and archival inks to ensure the most accurate color reproduction possible. Because screens, printing media, and room lighting differ, you may notice small variations between what you see on your device and the printed piece.

We carefully package all artwork to ensure safe delivery. Once an order is handed off to USPS, UPS, shipping timelines are outside of our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can provide a replacement at no cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
