All products are made to order.

Returns: Non-custom prints and canvases may be returned within 7 days if returned unframed & unaltered in original packaging. Custom canvas and custom fine art prints are final sale (damage/defect claims within 48 hours). See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Damaged or incorrect items: Please report visible damage or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@sonomacoastalstudio.com with photos of the item and packaging (packaging photos help us file carrier claims and speed up the fix). If you were away and the package was unopened, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review it on a case-by-case basis.
For approved damaged/incorrect orders, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return (typically processed within 1-3 business days).
Color Accuracy: We use calibrated monitors, professional ICC profiles, and archival pigment inks for faithful color and detail. Because screen settings and room lighting vary, minor differences in appearance may occur between your display and the printed piece.

We carefully package all artwork to ensure safe delivery. Once an order is handed off to USPS, UPS, shipping timelines are outside of our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide a replacement at no cost.
