All Sonoma Coastal Studio artwork is carefully packaged and shipped from our home-based studio in Santa Rosa, California. Tracking is provided for every shipped order.

Shipping Rates

Fine Art Prints: $6 flat-rate shipping
Applies to matted and backed paper prints.

Mini Canvas Prints: $8 flat-rate shipping
Applies to small stretched canvas prints.

Standard Canvas Prints: $14 flat-rate shipping
Applies to standard stretched canvas prints.

Free California Shipping

Orders of $50 or more shipping to a California address qualify for free shipping.

Free U.S. Shipping

Orders of $150 or more shipping anywhere within the United States qualify for free shipping.

Eligible free-shipping options are applied automatically during checkout. California orders under $50 and orders outside California under $150 will be charged the applicable flat shipping rate.

There are no hidden shipping fees. Your available shipping or delivery options will be displayed during checkout based on your order and address.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to eligible addresses in select Sonoma County and nearby communities.

  • Orders of $50 or more: Free local delivery

  • Orders under $50: $10 local-delivery fee

Local delivery is currently available in the following ZIP codes:

95401, 95403, 95404, 95405, 95407, 95409, 94928, 94931, 95472, 95492, 95448, 95425, 94954, 94952, 95476, 94923, 95436, 95446, and 95442.

If your address qualifies, the local-delivery option will appear during checkout. After your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery day and time.

Local delivery is made directly to the address provided during checkout. Our studio is not open for public visits or order pickups unless arrangements have been made in advance.

Processing Times

Each piece is prepared or handcrafted to order.

  • Small fine art prints (5×7, 8×10, and 8.5×11): 1–2 business days

  • Medium fine art prints (12×18): 1–2 business days

  • Stretched canvas prints: 4–5 business days

  • Custom fine art prints: 1–2 business days

  • Custom canvas prints: 4–5 business days

Canvas prints are hand-finished and made to order. Necessary drying and curing time is included in the processing estimate.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on major holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed and carrier pickups occur Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Processing times refer to the time needed to prepare your artwork and do not include shipping transit time.

Estimated Shipping Times

Typical transit times after an order has shipped are:

  • West Coast: 1–3 business days

  • Central United States: 3–5 business days

  • East Coast: 4–7 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occasionally occur.

We select USPS or UPS based on the destination, package size, and artwork ordered.

Order Tracking

You will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Packaging

Fine art paper prints are backed, placed in protective sleeves, and shipped flat in rigid photo mailers.

Canvas prints are carefully wrapped, corner-protected, and shipped in appropriately sized boxes.

Every order is securely packaged to help ensure that your artwork arrives safely.

Address and Delivery Issues

Please verify that you're shipping or delivery address is correct before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we can reship it after the address is corrected. Additional postage may apply.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, contact household members or neighbors, and contact your local USPS or UPS office. We will assist wherever possible.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged artwork

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label

If you were away when the order arrived and the package remained unopened, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can review the situation individually.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with Pirate Ship and the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once the package is confirmed lost, we will replace the order at no additional cost.
