Flat-Rate U.S. Shipping
All artwork ships from Santa Rosa, California using USPS or UPS, with tracking provided on every order.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
Fine Art Prints: $6.00 flat-rate shipping
Applies to matted/backed paper prints.
Mini Canvas Prints: $8.00 flat-rate shipping
Applies to small, stretched canvas prints.
Canvas Prints: $14.00 flat-rate shipping
Applies to standard stretched canvas prints.
Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping automatically at checkout.
There are no hidden shipping fees. The correct shipping option will be shown during checkout based on the items in your order.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If that changes in the future, this page and our checkout settings will be updated.
Processing Times
Each order is handcrafted and made to order:
Small paper prints (5×7, 8×10, 8.5×11): 1–2 business days
Medium paper print (12×18): 1–2 business days
Stretched canvas prints: 4–5 business days
Canvas prints are hand-finished and made to order; drying/curing time is included in this timeframe.
Custom orders: Canvas 4–5 business days & Fine Art Prints 1–2 business days
Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT begin processing the next calendar day. We process orders every day (Mon–Friday); carrier pickups occur Monday–Friday, Orders placed or paid on weekends begin processing the next business day. We observe major holidays.
Delivery Times
Typical transit times once shipped:
West Coast: 1–3 business days
Central U.S.: 3–5 business days
East Coast: 4–7 business days
We use USPS or UPS depending on destination and size. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are automatically emailed once your order ships. USPS or UPS provides real-time updates, so you can follow your package every step of the way. You’ll receive an automatic tracking email with a direct link to your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Packaging
Paper prints are backed, sleeved, and shipped flat in rigid photo mailers.
Canvas prints are wrapped, corner-protected, and shipped in custom-fit boxes.
Every order is packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it once the address is corrected (additional postage may apply).
If tracking shows “delivered” but your order hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or your local post office first. We’ll assist where possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll assist in filing a claim through Pirate Ship and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
