At Sonoma Coastal Studio, each canvas and fine art print is custom-made to order with exceptional care and attention to detail. Because each piece is individually produced, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction and confidence in our work are very important to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right right away.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@sonomacoastalstudio.com
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

Once reviewed, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.
